Below are some things to go by, to help make your appearance on the show go by smoothly.

• Relax. Remember, we're two people chit-chatting.

• Try to be on the air with me at least 10 minutes before, so we can do a soundcheck.

• I STRONGLY advise that you record in a quiet area. (i.e a closet or quiet room)

• Please keep in mind that young girls listen to this show as well, so no profanity or sexual talk, unless it calls for it, upon which, I ask that it be done in a healthy way.
